Mr & Mrs Hunt (Wedding @ Hyde Barn, oct 2016)

An absolutely fantastic band! We always knew that we wanted live music for the evening of our wedding, and it was really important to us to find the right band.  After going to a few gigs for local bands, we found Rattlesnake Jake’s website and went along to The Hop Pole Inn.  As soon as their set started, we knew we had to book them!  Jim and Vince were so helpful and professional in the run up to the wedding, helping us to organise the timings of the evening and sending us the set list.  On the day, the band’s performance was outstanding and it made the evening.  So many guests commented on how brilliant RSJ were and many still mention them now, months after the wedding.  We cannot recommend them highly enough- thank you!

We decided to research bands as its one of the most important parts of the wedding day and finally found Rattlesnake Jakes website so went to see them at the next local gig. We instantly knew they were the band for our wedding. We started talking to Jim from the band, arranging set times, songs, and music for the meal and between sets. Everybody loved the band and danced the night away. The songs they play will get the young ones dancing as well as parents and grandparents! All of the band were really helpful on the wedding weekend, setting up and soundchecking the night before and taking down all the kit the next morning. We just knew that the music was one less thing to worry about.

Rattlesnake Jake were our band for the evening of our wedding on 20th July 2013, they were so professional and friendly, when they performed from the word go, the dance floor was full of our guests dancing until the end of the night. Ben the lead singer even got some of our guests to join in on \"ride Sally ride\" with a tambourine that was passed around which our guests loved!

The songs that they played were a great mixture - perfect for every type of age, all of the band enjoy themselves when they perform which reflects into the crowd! The word entertaining is an understatement! Since our wedding our guests have even contacted us to make a booking with them.

Rattlesnake Jake played our wedding on 1 June 2013 and we couldn’t have picked a better band.  They were great to deal with in the lead up to the big day and sent us through their set list which we picked the songs we really liked from.  On the day, they all arrived early in the morning to set up, which was very reassuring and put our minds at rest for the rest of the day.  They were also really flexible in the timing of their sound check so that it didn’t disturb the wedding and reception.

Once they started playing, everyone was up out of their seats and on to the dance floor immediately.  The set list was perfect for getting people of all ages dancing and their interaction with the crowd made the evening such a good laugh.  If you want a band that are guaranteed to fill the dance floor and keep going all night, I would really recommend Rattlesnake Jake.
